Shipping and delivery
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Processing times may be extended during sales, holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery destination.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (where applicable)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
Local Delivery
Local delivery may be available in select areas. Availability and delivery fees will be displayed during checkout when applicable.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. KMi Royalti Soap is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, KMi Royalti Soap is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can review and assist you.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.
