Returns and refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Product preferences, including scent or texture
  • Incorrect purchases made by the customer
  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier
  • Delivered packages marked as received by the shipping carrier

Missing or Incorrect Items

If an item is missing from your order or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist you, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the missing or incorrect item(s)
  • Photos of the items received (if applicable)

Once verified, we will promptly ship the missing item(s) or correct the order at no additional cost.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review each case individually and work toward a fair resolution.
